The Women’s Wellbeing Association is an online platform with ONE  mission:

To support, encourage and motivate women in every area of their wellbeing;
physically, mentally and emotionally

So many wonderful women feel exhausted and brush off their poor sleep, low mood, bloating and ‘loss of self’ feeling.


They feel, amongst other things, overwhelmed, frustrated by their inch lost resistance, and lost – in both their confidence and self – but above all they feel it’s just them feeling this way.


Please believe me when I say it’s not!


We create so much stress by our own emotions, usually the bottling up or playing down because we feel too alone to speak up. We believe it’s just us feeling this way, that others have it all together, that it’s only us experiencing the feeling of survival, low energy and troublesome hormonal symptoms. As a result, we put on a brave face while trying to spin all the plates when we’re exhausted until we burn out or just snap.


Feeling energised and thriving (from surviving) is simply about taking the right next steps, learning the right holistic strategies and surrounding yourself with the right people.

Each month something new is added to this section. It might be a workshop or a practical masterclass, each packed full of simple, stackable and sustainable strategies to reignite your spark and support your complete wellbeing.
Dip into them at the right time for YOU (there is a lot of support, but no fixed “follow-the-steps” plan).

A new fifteen – twenty minute Weights for Women or Fitness Pilates workout delivered ONLINE via zoom every Tuesday – Friday.  7am LIVE or catch up on replay in your own time.

🎧 Members Podcast – App Only

Provides inspiration, motivation and the most important information women need for a whole body approach to their health, hormones and wellbeing. Listen on your commute, whilst doing your house admin or when you are just sitting having a reset brew and need a refocus. 

🎥 LIVE Group Q&A Zoom Video Calls

LIVE calls are held on zoom every other week. There will always be a replay of the calls so you can submit your questions even if you can’t make it live and catch up when it suits you.

A safe space to ask all your wellness wonderings, be inspired and motivated and to connect with like-minded women.

If you’re tired of wasting time trying to find a quick fix to feel energised and calm or to drop inches then the WWA is for you.


Together we will silence the noise and remove the overwhelm caused by the amount of information online. We will focus on what REALLY works for YOU (there is no one size fits all) and when you just want someone to stay accountable too, to have a chat or share the struggle with or when just you need somewhere to turn to for answers to your questions then the WWA will be there, making it simple for you so you can actually get results.
