You can’t pour from an empty cup, and as I so often say if you fall down you’ll be no use to anyone else that you’re stretching yourself for.
β¨ Action step:
Take 10 minutes today just for YOU. No multitasking. No guilt. Just joy – this can be something simple like reading your book in the garden, flicking through a magazine whilst your face mask sets or getting crafty.
