If you’ve completed your workout early enough and have time grab a cuppa and take 10 minutes to actually enjoy drinking it, grab your book or a magazine (avoid your phone if you can) and just be calm – bonus points if you go outside for this – bundle up if you need to (there’s no such thing as bad weather only bad clothes ๐Ÿคฃ)

If it’s not doable today then wait until tomorrow morning and try this:

  • Wake up 10 mins earlier
  • No phone for the first 20 mins
  • Drink water and just breatheย for 3 mins
